Palm Sunday, April 9Preparing for Palm Sunday
The Liturgy of the Palms will precede all Masses at the usual time.
The Passion Gospel will be sung at the High Mass.

Holy Tuesday, April 11
6:30 PM: Low Mass

Holy Wednesday, April 12
12:10 PM:  Low Mass (no anointing)

Altar of ReposeMaundy Thursday, April 13
6:30 PM:  Solemn Mass with Footwashing and Procession to the Altar of Repose.
Agápe Supper follows the Mass.
Stripping of the Altar follows the Agape Supper.
The Watch with the Blessed Sacrament follows until Morning Prayer on Good Friday.

Good Friday, April 14
12:10 PM: Stations of the Cross
6:30 PM: Solemn Liturgy of Good Friday
The Passion According to John will be sung.
Veneration of the Cross and Holy Communion from the Reserved Sacrament.
Easter Vigil, March 2016

Holy Saturday, April 15
Stations of the Cross at the Immaculate Heart Novitiate (details TBA).
7:30 PM: The Great Vigil of Easter
Holy Baptism will be administered to Erin McMullen.
The First Eucharist of Easter.

Easter Day, April 16
7:45, 9:00, 10:15, 12:30 Masses as usual.
No 5:00 pm Mass will be offered.

Confession available every Saturday in Lent

The Sacrament of Reconciliation will now be available every Saturday until April 8, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.  The confessional is located to the right, just inside the church doors.  On April 1, the confessor will be Fr. Jorge Sotelo, who will hear confessions in Spanish or English.  On April 8, the confessor will be Br. Dave Hedges, who will hear confessions in English.

Father Mallory welcomes visitors, Easter 2016

St. Michael and All Angels has five services on Sunday, serving the needs of parishioners and visitors with several liturgies and styles of worship.

7:30 AM Morning Prayer

7:45 AM Mass with Homily

A no-frills mass for early risers.

9:00 AM Family Mass

Our Family Mass, led by Mother Clare Yarborough, has family-friendly music and contemporary retellings of the week’s Bible readings, often read and performed by young churchgoers.

10:15 AM High Mass with Sermon

This Anglo-Catholic liturgy includes the “bells and smells” – traditional hymns with our Parish Choir, accompanied on our Æolian-Skinner organ; incense, chanted prayers and traditional vestments.

12:30 PM Mass in Spanish

Our Misa en Español is led by Father Jorge Sotelo.

5:00 PM Mass with Homily

A no-frills mass in the late afternoon.
